EL GRAN CARDENAL SHEEP WITH TRUFFLE:
Cheese made with sheep's milk from our best herds, incorporating natural truffle from its production. With high intensity odors, predominantly lactic from the own fermentation that the cheese has undergone during its long maturation in the cellar. With light hints of butter, fruity and nuts. Always intense smells and flavors typical of cheeses made with fresh milk of the day. And of course with that subtle taste that truffle gives it, which added to all those touches of cheese gives us the SUPER GOLD achieved at the World Cheese Awards 2016, this gift for the most exquisite palates.

EL GRAN CARDENAL SHEEP WITH ROSEMARY:
Castilian Sheep Cheese, winner of 4 International Gold Medals, covered with a layer of Rosemary. Rosemary is a typical aromatic plant of the Mediterranean region. Its aroma permeates our Castilian Sheep cheese to give it a scent and flavor with great nuances, while also helping to protect the cheese. In the language of flowers, rosemary is a symbol of good faith and frankness.

EL GRAN CARDENAL SHEEP WITH EXTRA ECOLOGICAL VIRGIN OLIVE OIL:
Castilian Sheep Cheese, winner of 4 International Gold Medals, along with one of the treasures of the Mediterranean diet, the organic extra virgin olive oil. For this we use our own oil, from centenary olive trees cultivated on the lands that San Isidro worked.

EL GRAN CARDENAL GOAT AND COW MILK WITH RIBERA DEL DUERO WINE:
Pressed cheese made following a family recipe with selected fresh milk, collected daily and from nearby farms in Castilla y León. During its traditional production process, wine with the Ribera del Duero designation of origin is added (bottled in a glass bottle, preserving all its characteristics and aromas that are later reflected in our cheese), which gives it its characteristic browning. Without colorants or preservatives. It matures slowly in a wooden dryer, turning one by one on a daily basis.

EL GRAN CARDENAL GOAT AND COW WITH BLACK GARLIC:
Pressed cheese made with pasteurized goat and cow's milk. The pieces of black garlic inside stand out. Its smell is aromatic and pleasant. It has a creamy texture and its flavor is unique and different, with a sweet taste with a slight touch of balsam and liquorice. According to its more or less intense ripening time.

EL GRAN CARDENAL GOAT MILK WITH SWEET PAPRIKA:
Cheese made with goat's milk and coated on the outside with natural paprika (obtained from drying and grinding red pepper), it gives the cheese an attractive reddish color, as well as a very special aroma and flavor. The union of the creaminess of goat's milk and the flavor of natural paprika, is one of the best possible combinations in cheeses.
