100% Tempranillo red wine from vineyards with an average age of over 35 years, free of herbicides and chemical treatments, under the principals of the Biodynamic viticulture, taking care of our environment. Meticulous selection of grapes in the vineyard and on the sorting table. Made with native primitive yeasts, without added any bacteria. Long fermentation controlling its temperature to extract all its components, pumping over two to three times daily. Malolactic fermentation on lees. Aging for 3 to 6 months in the barrel and resting in the bottle for at least 3 months in the cellar.

- Intense cherry red with hints of purple color. Aromas: plum, raspberry, cherry, blackberry, cherry jam, violet flowers, toasted oak, caramel and vanilla. Full body, tasty, rich and balanced, with ripe and silky tannins, a long finish with notes of red fruits and toast.
