100% Tempranillo red wine from vineyards over 50 years old, free of herbicides and chemical treatments, under the principals of the Biodynamic viticulture, taking care of our environment. Meticulous selection of grapes in the vineyard and on the sorting table, destemming without crushing the grapes. Made with native primitive yeasts, without added any bacteria. Long fermentation controlling its temperature to extract all its components, pumping over two to three times daily. Malolactic fermentation on lees. Aging for 12 months in the barrel and resting in the bottle for at least 12 months in the cellar.

- Appearance: cherry color, medium intensity, with some ruby and violet tones. Nose: very intense, with ripe fruit, black fruit jam, lactic, balsamic, licorice and mineral notes. Palate: powerful entry, medium to high body, and very balanced. Black fruit with spices and aging wood in retronasal. Polished and velvety tannins.
